Welcome... I'm so honored you're here.  

My name is Sara, and I am a personal development coach for those carrying the weight of trauma, seen and unseen.

I was born in Kurdistan during a time of deep conflict and fear. By the age of four, it was no longer safe for my family to stay in the only home we had known, and we began our journey toward a new life in Virginia. Though we left the war behind, its imprint followed us, and lived within us.

The truth is, even in a new country, I was still surviving. Raised in an emotionally unsafe environment, my home became a reflection of the chaos we escaped—one filled with fear, emotional turmoil, and disconnect. I had no sense of who I truly was. Dissociation and anxiety were constant companions, yet I thought that was just life. It was all I knew.

I carried invisible wounds and internalized pain I didn’t yet understand. I blamed myself. I criticized myself. At times, I questioned if I even wanted to continue.

Everything began to shift when I started working with a coach. For the first time, I felt seen. And when someone truly sees you, you begin to see yourself. I started to recognize my truth—my voice, my needs, my worth. I learned how to advocate for myself. I discovered the power of boundaries, and the strength it takes to set them even when fear tries to silence you.

This journey brought me home to myself. And now, it’s my greatest honor to help guide others on their own path of healing.
